Greetings, i used your easy solution for getting the denali datafeed. I have now an account with Stage5 & everything worked fine, BUT since that day i was signing in the first time with my Stage5 account i lost the Level 2 Data from Rithmic via uProfittrader. I wrote them but they told me from their side is everything enabled, i also didn't change a thing Before that i was using the denali for non professionals & i always got the message i have to at least sign in with my live account once a month or i will lose the denali. Right at that day where my stage5 account was opened & i signed in the first time with it to get continued access to denali, i lost my level 2 Data with rithmic/uProift what could be the issue? At least some (if not all) of the issue is that you changed your activated exchange on the Denali Exchange Data Feed for February to the Full CME Group for Non-Professionals, which does not include Market Depth. Prior to February, you had the Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals enabled. In order to get the Market Depth, you need to have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth. You can make changes to your exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that you can not get a refund for any exchange that you have already activated and that you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month for any exchange that you activate now. Thanks for the answer. But i get Market Depth from uProfit via Rithmic for free, i don't want to pay for it extra. I already was forced to take the denali monthly because sierra chart was getting rid of the bridge which worked perfectly fine for me. To force your users to subscribe to more & more services is some effed up sh!t! don't i have another solution? i mean uProfit offers me that even in the liveaccount i get the datafeed free for paying one time 150$ with market depth data, here i have to pay every month extra for it? Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. By doing this, you will be getting the data from Rithmic instead of from the Denali Exchange Data feed.
