At least some (if not all) of the issue is that you changed your activated exchange on the Denali Exchange Data Feed for February to the Full CME Group for Non-Professionals, which does not include Market Depth. Prior to February, you had the Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals enabled. In order to get the Market Depth, you need to have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth.
