Problem taking a trade with Rithmic

Hello,
Could you tell me what this message means in "message Log"?
When I take a trade, it cuts me off after a few seconds.
I'm testing a trial to have an account funded afterwards but it doesn't work.

That particular message is stating that you are having a connectivity issue to the Rithmic Server. Make sure you have selected the correct server in your Data/Trade Service Settings. Refer to the Setup Instructions for Rithmic here:

Also make sure you have selected the correct trading account in your Trade Window. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

If it is not the Rithmic setup, then it would be general connectivity issues. Refer to the following:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem
