Hi, It look like the Equity data got cancelled due to lack of balance. I added funds in there and unable to renew it. Get the following message but I cant see where to " eneable real time" connection since it shows no other services need reactivation I get the following message. Failed to activate the 'U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)' exchange. To enable the exchange at least one Real-time Data Connection must be currently active and enabled for Auto-Renewal. - By pressing this button, you will be returned to the Recently Deactivated Recurring Services section. - By pressing this button, you will be returned to the Exchange Data Feed Features page. Im sure im missing a simple step and thank you as always for your time |

Sorry we are late getting to this. It has been a busy day on the board. We see that you got setup again, so you should be fine for now. Our new NASDAQ data feed has the U.S. Equities data including Market Depth and Market-by-Order data (Package 12 required for MBO). It is a direct connection that we have with the exchange, as opposed to our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, which is through a 3rd party provider. For more information and setup, refer to the following: How to Use New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
To post a message in this thread, you need to log in with your Sierra Chart account:
