right click on chart DOM buy/sell column is not working

We just tested to ensure it is working correctly and it is working fine for us. Keep in mind that if you move the stop above the last price for a long position, that it will fill immediately at the last price. Make sure you work with the options in Sim mode to understand how they are working. Why? For a long position, right click on sell column above last price should be moving target to price from the setting, no?

Yes, per the way you have things set, right click on the Sell Column would move the Targets to that price. We tried this, and it works for us. We were just covering the possible issues you might be seeing by reminding you that if you move the stop above the current price (as you have set in your configuration with "Right Click on Buy Column Above Last") that this will activate the Stop. Are you not able to move your Targets by right-clicking in the Sell Column above the last price? Maybe I was trying on the trade DOM bid column and ask column, you mean you were testing them on chart trade DOM buy column and sell column right click is working? I would like to work on the DOM though.

We have tested on both a Chart DOM and a Trading DOM. On the Trading DOM you would not have to worry about the columns. It was just a possibility that you did not have the Buy/Sell columns on a Chart DOM, but on a Trading DOM they are the default.

And you are definitely right-clicking in the blue colored Buy column? We noticed that you have a control bar option for "Trade Lock" and it is green, although it does not appear to be depressed. Is the Trading Locked by any chance? We simply do not have any issue with this when we try it. It works correctly every time. Check your Trade >> Trade Service Log after you try to make a change and see if there is anything in there about why this may not be occurring. Also check your Message Log for the same thing. Yes I was clicking on the blue column, I checked both log, where there is a position on, I tried to right click to move target or stop. no log is printing. that's strange |

Just tried with bracket order, right click to move target or stop is working though. I was trying naked order, and manually placed target and stop, I was testing right click to move those orders. Can you try to move target or stop using naked orders? |

We did not think of this. What you are stating makes sense then. The system only is able to move Targets/Stops that are part of a group order. Otherwise, orders that are naked orders are not specifically "Targets" or "Stops", they are just working orders.
