Yes, per the way you have things set, right click on the Sell Column would move the Targets to that price. We tried this, and it works for us. We were just covering the possible issues you might be seeing by reminding you that if you move the stop above the current price (as you have set in your configuration with "Right Click on Buy Column Above Last") that this will activate the Stop. Are you not able to move your Targets by right-clicking in the Sell Column above the last price?
