The only real-time data that you are currently signed up to get, and which will renew automatically tomorrow (February 1, 2022) is the EUREX data on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want to get the real-time data for $SPX, then you will need to reactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed along with the CBOE Indices exchange. But, do not do this until tomorrow (February 1, 2022), otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the exchange fee today for January and then again tomorrow for February. When you are ready to activate the CBOE Indices data, then you will need to follow the instructions in the sections at the following links: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_RealTimeDataConnections https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_ActivateTheExchanges --- If you want us to help you with this, just let us know and let us know for sure that you want this done today or tomorrow. We want to make sure of what symbol you want to get the data for. You stated 'SPX', therefore we assumed that you are wanting the '$SPX' symbol which is the "S&P 500 Index" that is part of the CBOE Indices exchange. If you are wanting the "S&P 500 Index" that is from the S&P Indices exchange, then that symbol is $INX. You had previously had the S&P Indices exchange active. Please let us know which one you want so we can get you the proper instructions.
