The only real-time data that you are currently signed up to get, and which will renew automatically tomorrow (February 1, 2022) is the EUREX data on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want to get the real-time data for $SPX, then you will need to reactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed along with the CBOE Indices exchange. But, do not do this until tomorrow (February 1, 2022), otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the exchange fee today for January and then again tomorrow for February.
