Hi,
I am currently connected to CQG and have Denali Data Feed. Today, I signed up for an account with TopStep and they need me to switch up to Rithmic Direct-DTC and pick a server name up for the list as TopstepTrader-Chicago Area-Aggregated). I followed the instructions however, my drop down list is empty and I can not find their server. Could you please help? I have tried couple of solutions like 1) run an update 2)restart the software or 3)Disconnect the data and reconnect using the new credential for the Rithmic. Also, I have a concern regarding my current data feed, can I disconnect it so, I don't loss the credit since I have just paid today to refill it.

User has been called. They connected successfully to Rithmic.

They had a performance issue when they were working with a second Chartbook. We recommend using a sub instance of Sierra Chart for that other Chartbook. Documentation:

Additionally update your hardware if necessary. And also refer to this help topic:

Hi,
I have received the call from the technical support, Thank you very much. The technician need it to go while my charts was still loading. After, we hang up and my chart book was loaded, I could not place any trades. could please kindly call back.
