constantly with no stop.when I disconnect the data service, it stops I upgraded to the latest version and still happen (even with no chartbook open) after shut down and reopening chartbooks I keep getting: : Array is unallocated. | 2022-01-25 07:35:39.039

Regarding those Trade Activity file messages, do you have any sub instances of Sierra Chart running? If you run Sierra Chart without opening any Chartbooks first, do you still see these messages? What exactly do you mean by this: not getting data as well

i closed sub instances and still getting the Array is unallocated msg trade activity in service log - no no data - charts downloading historical data but doom is empty - check screenshot attached |

For the array is unallocated error, attach the Chartbook that you have open when this occurs. You can safely ignore that message, it does not cause a problem. Regarding the market depth data, open the market depth window through Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. You need to reenable the menu on the Trading DOM to get to that menu item. See if the market depth data is displayed there.
