i am getting this:
TradeActivity files query time: 0.044662 seconds. Entries: 0. Current queries: 5 | 2022-01-25 07:19:40.057
constantly with no stop.

when I disconnect the data service, it stops
I upgraded to the latest version and still happen (even with no chartbook open)
after shut down and reopening chartbooks I keep getting:

i have not done any change on charts, chartsbooks or studies

not getting data as well
ppls advice

Regarding those Trade Activity file messages, do you have any sub instances of Sierra Chart running? If you run Sierra Chart without opening any Chartbooks first, do you still see these messages?

What exactly do you mean by this:

i closed sub instances and still getting the Array is unallocated msg

trade activity in service log - no

no data - charts downloading historical data but doom is empty - check screenshot attached

For the array is unallocated error, attach the Chartbook that you have open when this occurs. Instructions:

We will try to reproduce but often it is unlikely. You can safely ignore that message, it does not cause a problem.

Regarding the market depth data, open the market depth window through Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. You need to reenable the menu on the Trading DOM to get to that menu item. See if the market depth data is displayed there.

i have no idea what just happened but i got the data back
will send cht file later

the issue with no data is up again

had a problem with my internet provider
now it's ok
i am getting historical data
but not live feed
tried that chart-->open market depth window but no change

i closed sub instances as well, disconnected and reconnected and getting only historical data no live
