I have a weird problem. I inserted Clock - Real time study in the chart and it displays correct system time with seconds. When I do, replay chart, the chart refreshed and seconds are missing instead displays :00 .Screenshot attached. Any help is highly appreciated. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1642513858445.png I also noticed at the bottom of the chart in the Time display grid seconds are missing ? The problem is likely that you are just replaying one minute data. Not tick by tick or shorter time frame data. We see you are using CQG. For full tick by tick history, use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed It will not help to get the chart in this case. Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Hi John, I am attaching the chartbook in this response. Sierra chart Engineering : I know what your are saying. However with CQG, I had seen seconds on the clock and in the bottom of the chart timescale before with this same settings. But now I am not. I am attaching the screenshot of the settings, which I am using right from the beginning. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1642561226692.png Thanks for the quick response. Let me know if you want anything else from me. |

Hi John and Sierra Chart Engineering , I think I know the problem. I was looking at the Sierrachart/Data folder and found that with CQG data connect F.US.EPH22.scid only downloads few mb i.e less than 10 mb . which is not right. And I also noticed some dissimilarity in candles too for tick charts. When I change the data feed to SC DATA feed [connects to denali] the EPH22.CME.scid becomes heavy close to 1 GB and that is the right size. I get seconds and right candles for different tick charts Now I removed all the scid from the data folder and launched the sierra chart still sierrachart is not downloading full CQG data ? What could be the problem ? Is there anything can be done from the SierraChart software side ? |

This is part of the process of us removing support for CME Group and EUREX data which comes from CQG. This data must come from the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead: Denali Exchange Data Feed We do not provide support for CQG data and we are phasing it out.
