Hi John and Sierra Chart Engineering , I think I know the problem. I was looking at the Sierrachart/Data folder and found that with CQG data connect F.US.EPH22.scid only downloads few mb i.e less than 10 mb . which is not right.And I also noticed some dissimilarity in candles too for tick charts. When I change the data feed to SC DATA feed [connects to denali] the EPH22.CME.scid becomes heavy close to 1 GB and that is the right size. I get seconds and right candles for different tick charts Now I removed all the scid from the data folder and launched the sierra chart still sierrachart is not downloading full CQG data ? What could be the problem ? Is there anything can be done from the SierraChart software side ? |
