Hi there

I'm having 5 Advanced data feed for 3 months at the moment. Is that real time data or delayed time data?

Also if would like to change from 5 Advanced to 12 - Advanced MBO + Denali Data Feed now will I have to pay only the difference or pay the full amount again.

Please advice.

Many thanks.

The packages themselves do not include data. Packages 10+ include the fee for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But you still need to go through all of the Setup Instructions (and activate the exchanges you want) in order to get the real-time data.

You will find the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed on this page:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

We see that you are on Package 12 now, so you probably already figured out that you can change your package at any time and the only thing that happens is that the end-date for your Usage Time shifts in or out.

Hi there

Thank you for getting back me to. I have changed to Package 12 Denali in the system. However I've paid for 3 months for 5 advanced package. Therefore I was wondering if upgrade to Package 12 Denali now will only pay the price difference of 12 Package Denali or will have to pay the full amount.

Please advice.

Thank you in advance.

Neither. When you change packages, the end-date for your Usage Time changes. Therefore, when you changed to package 12 (a higher priced package), your end-date shifted in, giving you less time for your Usage Time. The change is based on the difference in the packages pricing.

Now that you are on Package 12, you still need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the data all setup. If you are wanting data from the CME Group, then follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

If you are wanting data for EUREX or CFE, then those instructions are on the same page as above, just scroll to the top and select the appropriate link for the data you want to activate.

Just be aware that for the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to at least once a month, in order to get the lower priced non-professional exchange fees. For more information on this, refer to the following:
