Neither. When you change packages, the end-date for your Usage Time changes. Therefore, when you changed to package 12 (a higher priced package), your end-date shifted in, giving you less time for your Usage Time. The change is based on the difference in the packages pricing.

Now that you are on Package 12, you still need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the data all setup. If you are wanting data from the CME Group, then follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

If you are wanting data for EUREX or CFE, then those instructions are on the same page as above, just scroll to the top and select the appropriate link for the data you want to activate.

Just be aware that for the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to at least once a month, in order to get the lower priced non-professional exchange fees. For more information on this, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have a trading account, but you want the real-time data, then we recommend the following service:
