Neither. When you change packages, the end-date for your Usage Time changes. Therefore, when you changed to package 12 (a higher priced package), your end-date shifted in, giving you less time for your Usage Time. The change is based on the difference in the packages pricing. Now that you are on Package 12, you still need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the data all setup.
