Historical Data Missing

Hello,

since last week there a significant problems with the historical data. The charts stop when I close Sierra Chart that the next day a large part of the chart picture is missing having gaps in all my markets; see screenshot.

I went back to an older platform version (2292) but still the same problem.
I am using Rithmic and switched to Sierra Chart's delayed sim data feed but still the same problem.

Any ideas how to fix that?

You will not have the historical data issues with our Delayed Exchange Data Feed. Refer to:

Go through the instructions and make sure the symbols of the charts are set correctly. And re-download the data if necessary:
