Hi together, at first - I am absolutly horrible in programming, but i am looking for a solution to scan a liste of Futures to get a alert/signal if there are a inside Day. Is it possible to create such scanner? is there anybody who have an idee how i could create that very easy. Or is there somebody out there who is able to do such silly thing very easy? I need two conditions for the scanner. 1. after close of the day. Is there an insideday (insidebar studie) yes/no 2. Williams%R Indikator (Periode4) is the value <-25 or >-85 I am looking forward to here from you. BR JOE |

To do what you want, refer to the instructions at the following link to put together a watchlist with an Alert condition for scanning: Study/Chart Alerts And Scanning: Scanning Large Number of Historical (Daily) Charts In terms of the Alert condition that you would setup, it would look something like the following: =AND(ID1.SG1, ID2.SG1 < -25, ID2.SG1 > -85) Where ID1 is the Inside Bar study and ID2 is the Williams %R. You will need to change these for your particular setup. Note that you specified that the Williams %R should be < -25 or > -85, but this gives a range of data between -25 and -85, hence the reason we did the Alert as an AND and not an OR.
