My historical data is having a problem. This morning I opened my charts to see that yesterday's data was not downloaded. I deleted and attempted to redownload all data and my historical data is not coming in. Can you please check my connection. Thank you! Currently, I'm only getting data from 1/12 at 1800. My version is 2308 I'm using both Rhythmic and Denali Data. I have a business internet connection. |

Does the data exchange service de-activate every month? I didn't realize. I activated, thank you! I've also updated. Will advise if I still see a problem. In reference to your third link - doesn't me having denali data compensate for the sub-standard Rhythmic connection? |

It renews on a calendar month basis and is separate from your Sierra Chart Usage Time. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account prior to the first of each month in order to pay for the exchange fees (and then separately enough for whenever your Usage Time renewal occurs).
