Does the data exchange service de-activate every month? I didn't realize.
It renews on a calendar month basis and is separate from your Sierra Chart Usage Time. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have enough funds in your account prior to the first of each month in order to pay for the exchange fees (and then separately enough for whenever your Usage Time renewal occurs). In reference to your third link - doesn't me having denali data compensate for the sub-standard Rhythmic connection?
