Thank you for your answer. I have update Sierra, and reconnect to Rithmic. I have the Denali package but it still doesn't work. I don't understand, I trade since July 2020 and it was okay, but since monday there is an issue. Can you explain me why?

Sorry to bother you but I paid the Denali Exchange Data Feed, I'm well connected between Rithmic and SierraChart and when I want to open a graph, historical data works but not intraday chart. I don't understand. Can you at least explain what has changed since Monday? Thanks

From that section:
As of January 10, 2022, Sierra Chart no longer provides Sierra Chart provided historical data when using the older Rithmic bridge connection method. The historical data now only comes from the Rithmic systems in that case. Therefore, you need to update to the current version of Sierra Chart to use the new DTC connectivity method to Rithmic. As this section explains, you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data to avoid historical data related issues when using Rithmic.

You still need to activate the exchanges that you need. But it is not that simple:

I think I understand. I have a last question that can simplify the situation. I'm currently trading for Leeloo, a challenge so sim account. If I open an account at Stage5 with the minimum (let's say 100$), that I take the service package 11 (i want denali and market depth), that I connect the real account (Stage5) at Sierra at the beginning of each month, and then I connect my Leeloo account, will it be okay?
