Hello support, Out of nowhere I can't see historical data on my charts. It has been working correctly for many weeks but I just opened Sierra Chart to check the market and can't see historical, I can only see today's data starting at 18:00 New York time. I tried Edit > Delete all data and download but didn't work. I also tried restarting Sierra Chart and my computer but nothing. Any advise? Thanks |

We have put out a notice, that we have removed support for Sierra Chart provided historical data for Rithmic, unless you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are also using the old Rithmic connection. There are two things you need to do. I'm currently funded by a Trading Evaluator, the credentials they provided are through Rithmic. Can I use Denali as data feed and still trade my funded account?

Yes you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed but there is the CME requirement that you have a standard live trading account. I already have an account with AMP, it is inactive so I would need to transfer funds to it. Should I go with AMP or should I open an account with Stage 5? I would like to have access to Teton, but I don't know if I can use Teton while trading with the account I received from the Trading Evaluator. I appreciate your help.

You can use your account at AMP and add 100 USD. In this case have them set you up on CQG and then just simply connect to that once a month: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Or I would like to have access to Teton, but I don't know if I can use Teton while trading with the account I received from the Trading Evaluator. Yes you can definitely do this. Just install two installations of Sierra Chart:Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time Then you need to open an account with a broker supporting Teton. Not AMP.
