Hi I have a query on the unform subscriber agreement. I currently have a trading account with Ninja trader brokerage but I'm trying out the sierra chart platform. I'm subscribed to the denali exchange but only getting delayed data. It should be live data on the Uniform Subscriber agreement, It says if the account number is blank, I will be charged professional fees. I am a non professional so not sure how to get around that. With Ninja Trader you should be setup to use either CQG or Rithmic for your order routing. Both of these are supported by Sierra Chart. Therefore, when filling out the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, you would enter "Ninja Trader" for the Broker/FCM and then enter your Ninja Trader Account Number for the Account Number. Also note that just being on Package 11 is not enough to get the real-time data. As you have noted, you need to fill out the agreements and activate the exchanges. Thanks for the info - I think I am all done with the agreements but I am still seeing Delayed on my Charts. I have my current Data set to SC - All Services although I am not sure if this is correct or should it be CQG - Web API ? |

You have your agreements done properly and the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed looks good. But, what you still need to do is to connect to your trading account in order to verify it for the CME Group requirement. ok Thanks - I'm trying to work this out with Ninjatrader as I need to fund my account with them but dont want pay for the data twice. I'll follow up in a day or 2 once I can get that resolved. Thanks Avi |

Hi - I have managed to get my account up with Ninjatrader and when I connect to CQG Web API, I receive this error below My account with Ninjatrader is ap20563 CQG WebAPI | WebSocket connected. | 2022-01-06 13:23:33.401 CQG WebAPI | Sending market data logon message. | 2022-01-06 13:23:33.401 CQG WebAPI | Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChartData - SierraChart. Contact your FCM. | 2022-01-06 13:23:33.865 Do I need to inform Ninjatrader that I want to use CQG with Sierra Chart? Yes, you need to inform them that they need to enable you to use Sierra Chart with CQG. Hi - Sorry for the delayed response. I've checked with Ninja trader and the process and charges seemed a bit complicated for using sieera charts on live CME. I've opened another account with S5 Advanatage and updated the CME with S5 Account no. Please can I check that I am getting the reduced fees for Data as a Non Professional. |

Your account is all setup to get the Denali data for the CME Group at the Non-Professional exchange rates. You should be getting the data in real-time at this time. If you are still having an issue, then let us know.
