Confirmation for Trading Evaluator setting

SC data seems to be loaded with service package #12 with [M] next to symbol
data from Transact to Trading Evaluator has been selected

As it appears as Live Mode is there anything to be done with broker.....?

Are there any additional fee's...?

We assume these questions are in relation to the Trading Evaluator service. If so, then the answers are No and No.

When using our Trading Evaluator service, you do not need to do anything with your broker, apart from verifying your account once a month in order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchange fees.

And the Trading Evaluator service is free of charge to use. We do not charge anything for it.

Sorry, but we are not sure what you are referring to with regards to the "Trade Account Manager Data". If you can give us some more information on what you are referring to then we can answer your question.

The Trade Balance Window will show you the balance of your account with your broker if they send that information. Just open the window and see if you have that information from TransAct when you are connected.

On the Trade Account Monitor window when connected to transact live it is blank
and does not allow the option to set up new account

it is understood the the broker may not provide the data for this

is there a list of brokers that provide this data....?

There are two different things going on with this window, and we are not exactly sure what you are asking about.

The first item is that the Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window gives you access to your accounts that are part of the Trading Evaluator service. It also lets you setup and modify those accounts. In order to access the information related to the Trading Evaluator Service your Data/Trade Service Settings needs to be set to one of the Trading Evaluator services. For more information, refer to the following:

The second item for this window is that it shows the account balances for the account that you are connected to (whether that is a Trading Evaluator account or a live trading account). But not all trading services supply the balance information. But, you need to be connected to your trading account in order to get the balance information to show up (if available). For more information, refer to the following:

So, what we are trying to understand is which of these two situations are you referring to? Are you connected to TransAct and not getting the balance for your account? Or are you trying to connect to the Trading Evaluator Service, in which case there is no broker involved, you just need to set it up.

the goal is to have same balance window data as the evaluator when connecting to transact live

Second Item:
connected to TransAct and not getting the balance for your account

When connected to the Trading Evaluator is displays all data correctly

it is understood transact has to provide sierra the account data for this to work
they may or may not offer this service

If not would you know if Dorman Trading offer the data to sierra
