There are two different things going on with this window, and we are not exactly sure what you are asking about. The first item is that the Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window gives you access to your accounts that are part of the Trading Evaluator service. It also lets you setup and modify those accounts. In order to access the information related to the Trading Evaluator Service your Data/Trade Service Settings needs to be set to one of the Trading Evaluator services. For more information, refer to the following: Simulated Futures Trading Service The second item for this window is that it shows the account balances for the account that you are connected to (whether that is a Trading Evaluator account or a live trading account). But not all trading services supply the balance information. But, you need to be connected to your trading account in order to get the balance information to show up (if available). For more information, refer to the following: Trading Information Windows: Trade Account Monitor (Account Balances) Window So, what we are trying to understand is which of these two situations are you referring to? Are you connected to TransAct and not getting the balance for your account? Or are you trying to connect to the Trading Evaluator Service, in which case there is no broker involved, you just need to set it up.
