Unable to update my charts due to new version unable to install

Hello,
I took a hiatus from trading in the middle of last year. I'm getting back into it this month however I'm having a problem with Sierra.

It connects with my Interactive Brokers data feed no problem. However, I can't seem to see any data prior to today in a glitched version - "Delayed" and unable to update due to inability to download new version perhaps? When I do try to download the newest Sierra it gives me an error window, unable to download.

I've attached an example of what I see on some charts like my indicies window (no data except for current price) along with the other problematic version as an example of the CAD (data from last time I opened the feed to Sierra - in May of last year + current price).

Can you help me get this back in order?

Regarding the errors with updating Sierra Chart, refer to:

You do definitely need to update Sierra Chart to solve the missing data with the historical daily data charts. That is essential to update.

Thanks, I tried updating the current platform I use. Unfortunately I received the same error upon installation. Looking through your forum in regards to installation path, disabling virus, etc... still no luck. I downloaded a separate new standalone version of it just fine. However, as expected, all of the options, layout, and symbols I have customized and saved prior is set back to default.

Is there a simple way to merge my old with the new platform without manually changing everything again?

I've installed the new version and merged successfully however, I'm still getting the same missing data issue.

You need to change to Service Package 10 which has support for downloading this data from our own sources.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

After the package change:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Upgraded to Service Package 10 and 'deleted all data and downloaded' per each symbol as per instructions.

Daily, weekly, monthly - my charts are intact now. However, two problems still exist:
(1) The intraday data has the same problem as before
(2) My Micro Dow chart has neither intraday data or the daily, weekly, and monthly.

All the charts still state "Delayed" in each of their windows.

For historical Intraday data and real-time data, You need to complete the market data agreements and activate the exchanges that you require from here:
