Hello, I took a hiatus from trading in the middle of last year. I'm getting back into it this month however I'm having a problem with Sierra. It connects with my Interactive Brokers data feed no problem. However, I can't seem to see any data prior to today in a glitched version - "Delayed" and unable to update due to inability to download new version perhaps? When I do try to download the newest Sierra it gives me an error window, unable to download. I've attached an example of what I see on some charts like my indicies window (no data except for current price) along with the other problematic version as an example of the CAD (data from last time I opened the feed to Sierra - in May of last year + current price).
