Hi,

I was using Sierra last month and everything was good. I made a payment this morning to reactivate my services , but when I opened my same chart book , the data are delayed. example : it is 9.22am and my candles are delayed and showing about 15 minutes late. my TPO is correct though.

The EUREX exchange did not renew on January 1, 2022 since you did not have enough funds in your account to renew that exchange at that time. Keep in mind the exchanges renew on the first day of each month, which is different from your Service Package.

You can renew the exchange by going to the Recurring Services page and scrolling to the bottom where you will see a list of recently deactivated services. Select the button for Reactivate Exchange to get the exchange enabled again.

You can access the Recurring Services page by selecting the link on the Main Control Panel page, or you can select the following link and login to the website using your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password (if necessary):
