The EUREX exchange did not renew on January 1, 2022 since you did not have enough funds in your account to renew that exchange at that time. Keep in mind the exchanges renew on the first day of each month, which is different from your Service Package. You can renew the exchange by going to the Recurring Services page and scrolling to the bottom where you will see a list of recently deactivated services. Select the button for Reactivate Exchange to get the exchange enabled again.
