I am using AMP, CGQ routing, it was working fine 2 weeks ago, I now can't connect and am showing a "not connected" banner. Did something change?
Thanks,
Vern

The connection error message is extremely clear. It says your logon is disabled. That is not controlled by us but by your broker.

To be able to continue and access the data:

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "Ok"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Amp is telling me the only way they see connection with account is with Rithmic, I thought I was Denali with CGQ Routing? I am confused as to what to tell them. This was working fine a week and a half ago, don't know what changed.
Thanks

Well you certainly are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data.

If you want to use Rithmic that is supported as well. The instructions for that are here:

I give up with amp, I just switched Sierra over to Teton w/ Denali with Advantage Futures. The connection is green and I translated symbols to current service but I've been "Waiting to update historical data" for an hour. Am I showing any errors on yor end?
Thanks

We cannot see any errors related to this. Depending upon how much data is loaded in the charts it could take a while for the historical data to be downloaded.

Are you using the actual Windows operating system? Or something else?
