Can't see MBO on my DOM.

Good Day,

I have Service Package 12 - Advanced MBO + Denali Data Feed and do not see the MBO's on my DOM. I have it added but no data?

The main issue is that you have not properly completed the Agreements for the CME Group data. You noted yourself as a Non-Professional, but you did not enter any information for your Broker/FCM, which is needed for the CME Group to consider you a Non-Professional.

If you are a professional, then we need for you to note that on the CME Non-Professional Certification.

Set your Minimum Market By Order Quantity to 0 in the symbol settings to ensure that you are getting the values. After doing this, disconnect from the data feed and reconnect (File >> Disconnect, File >> Connect to Data Feed).

If you still are not getting the MBO data for that symbol, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
