ICEEU EC - Can't create continuous contract / daily data not available

Hi, I'm trying to get continuous contract data for ICE EC futures. If I start with ECFZ21-ICEEUthe data goes back to 2017-05-31. However, I can load intraday charts back to at least ECFH09-ICEEU. Looking at the message log: ECFZ21-ICEEU [CBV-D] 1 Min #18 | Date based rollover rule not defined for symbol. Unable to build continuous futures contract chart. | 2021-12-23 17:41:25.273 ECFZ21-ICEEU [CBV-D] 1 Min #18 | There are no continuous futures contract symbols. Loading data normally. | 2021-12-23 17:41:25.273 Is this something that can be fixed?? Also, I can't "Open Historical Chart" for ECFZ21-ICEEU. The chart window paint a red box with black text stating "Download Failed Error downloading historical Daily data for ECFZ21-ICEUU. Error user is not authorised to execute query for on or more of the specified symbols." Not sure we can do anything to help with the ICE Historical Daily data access. Exchanges are getting more and more restrictive with data access. We will set up the rollover rules for this symbol. Please could you investigate the lack of daily data for ECFZ22-ICEUU and other recent contracts. Intraday data is available, but no daily data. Daily data is available up to ECFK21, then it stops. Thanks |

This data has now been authorized by our data provider. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
