[Programming Help] - Missing Rithmic Account in SC Trade Order Window

Hello, I've spent the better part of three hours researching and trying everything possible to fix the below issue to no avail. I'm looking to send my orders in Sierra Chart through my Rithmic Direct account, but there is no account name available. The account number that you see in the attached screenshot is my AMP Global CQG account, and no other options are available for Rithmic. I've tried disconnecting, restarting, upgrading (so the version is above 2280), in addition to installing the DTCBridge file, but errored with "port number not specified". I've really done the due diligence here as to not ask a question that has been asked in the past, but I'm completely stumped and need help. Thoughts? Thanks, Dan |

There is no longer any need for the DTC bridge program. Based upon the information you have given, there is no account being provided by the Rithmic system when you login with your Rithmic username. So you need to ask your broker to assign an account to your Rithmic username. We have never known there to be a problem with getting the list of accounts from Rithmic, if they are available.
