Hello,

I've spent the better part of three hours researching and trying everything possible to fix the below issue to no avail.

I'm looking to send my orders in Sierra Chart through my Rithmic Direct account, but there is no account name available. The account number that you see in the attached screenshot is my AMP Global CQG account, and no other options are available for Rithmic. I've tried disconnecting, restarting, upgrading (so the version is above 2280), in addition to installing the DTCBridge file, but errored with "port number not specified".

I've really done the due diligence here as to not ask a question that has been asked in the past, but I'm completely stumped and need help.

Thoughts?
