unable to update chart data for previous Futures contracts

After the last rollover I'm not able to update the historical data from CQG for the the symbol F.US.APZ21 Rolled over from F.US.APZ21 to F.US.APH22 I now only have data from 12/15 up to today When I attempt to load more data I get the following error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more specified symbols; Checked with AMP/CQG support and they advised to check with SC? Here is the response from AMP support today : ========== (02:27:37 AM) AMP | Johnny: Hello, unfortunately Sierra Charts have limited the amount of historical data you can obtain using CQG data (02:27:50 AM) AMP | Johnny: So there really is nothing else you can do to obtain more. ========== Please advise ? |

We made a Symbol Settings change which should help. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Also be aware that CQG does not provide data for expired futures contracts.
