when i try to flatten a trade that reached its profit target and closed a split second before, sierra chart creates another order which cannot be canceled (sometimes it says pending cancel) and in some cases the order will eventually go away, but today, it created an order which will not go away and which shows up on the infinity DOM (but does not execute even if the price goes thru it). when i try to cancel it on the infinity DOM. it says 'could not send or receive data from yesTrader backend servers: connection not opened or has been closed. transact is looking into this, but i never have the problem if flattening the trade from the DOM; only sierra chart.

First we recommend not using Transact and changing to our Teton order routing service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing This is strictly a Transact issue. Not Sierra Chart: sierra chart creates another order which cannot be canceled (sometimes it says pending cancel) and in some cases the order will eventually go away, but today, it created an order which will not go away and which shows up on the infinity DOM (but does not execute even if the price goes thru it).

Either January or February in newer versions. Although complete support for Transact will come to an end in the coming months. We are very anxious though to phase out Transact and it is long overdue. You should not stay on Transact.
