First we recommend not using Transact and changing to our Teton order routing service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing This is strictly a Transact issue. Not Sierra Chart: sierra chart creates another order which cannot be canceled (sometimes it says pending cancel) and in some cases the order will eventually go away, but today, it created an order which will not go away and which shows up on the infinity DOM (but does not execute even if the price goes thru it).
