Hello SC Team

I have an AMP account with Rithmic datafeed/trading service and I also want to trade with the Sierra Chart platform.

Since beginning of this week, it is not possible to load the historical data anymore.

With other platforms, AMP/Rithmic is running well. When I log out and switch to SC, the descripted problem appears again.


Responce:
“Downloading historical data. Bars may not appear until done”
Also after 15 minutes nothing happens.

i also currently have an eval account with Topstep and was availed Rithmic Credentials , and it connected perfectly , BUT my charts arent rendering in real time and its only the DOM thats working at present in real time , so am confused at to why my charts or footprints or heatmaps arent loading in real time ?

With regards to your data not working properly with TopStep, if you are getting the DOM updating correctly, then your data should be there as well. Make sure you are scrolled all the way to the end of the chart to ensure that you will see new bars as they are added.

If that is not the issue, then give us a screenshot showing what you are seeing by following these instructions:

have attached both images for the chart info not rendering viz a viz DOM real time going on as well as message log
beacuase i also dont get the Blue BOX that normal shows "historical data download .Bars may not appear until done even."

First, what is the symbol of the chart for which you supplied the image?

Second, what are the Chart Settings for that chart, in particular the settings related to the days that are displayed?

Third, do you have a Trade and Current Quote Symbol set for that chart and if so, what is it set to? Is the option "Use as Trade Only Symbol" enabled or not?

FIRST , am using ESH2.CME (for rithmic and also did translate symbol to data service ) aswell

SECOND, as far back as 10 days max for me

THRIRD, trade and current Quote Symbol is N/A not active

I decided to reset and start a fresh my Sierra chart and when i setup rithmic it works very welluntil when i disconnect and when it starts to download , the historical data wont download and the Trading DOM will continue chugging in real time while the Charts arent rendering in real time similar to the DOM

The reason for what you are seeing with the "fresh" instance is due to a lack of historical data from Rithmic. Refer to the following information:

well apparently this fix is only working on my ES charts as my NQ charts arent loading at all and still blacked out, plus it works and doesnt
