Hello support, I have two orders in the market right now that won't cancel. I see the order in the chart and it doesn't matter what I do, it doesn't clear, the order says "Pending cancel" I tried going to "Trade" > "Trade orders window" > "Cancel All" but it won't clear from the chart. I also tried restarting Sierra Chart and cancelling but no luck. Please help. |

You need to contact your broker to cancel those orders or to help with them. We have no control over that. You definitely do not need to restart. At most you might need to reconnect to the data feed but not because of any issue within Sierra Chart.
