Hi, I'm currently using Sierra chart with a free trial. I looked on the forum, but I didn't find the answer about my issue. I'm trading with Leeloo, so (unfortunately) the broker is rithmic. I did all the steps to connect rithmic to SC but it doesn't work. Is it because it is with the trail version and I need to purchase the Denali data feed first? to resolve this issue? I really like the platform, so I will take this data feed, but I would like to be sure that it is the right way to make everything working. Regards Jordi |

There is nothing about the Trial package that limits capabilities, so this is not the reason for your issue. You should be able to get connected to Rithmic during the Trial. We just want to make sure you are aware that there is a lack of historical data. Thanks for your answer, it is connected to Rithmic now, but can't get the intraday chart, only the historical. I do not receive the feed for the market I trade NQZ1, but I receive it on the other platform. Getting the pack n5 Denali would resolve this straight away, and I could trade on SC platfom on my Rithmic account? Or do I need to open an account to another broker using CQG? I'm sorry if the question has already been posted, I read quite a lot of topics about it, but still feel a little lost. |

First let's figure out why you are not getting any data. That really does not make any sense. You should be getting the real-time data from Rithmic without too much trouble. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log so we can see if there is information in there on what may be occurring: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
