Hey! Want the symbol ES?##-CME >> E-MINI S&P 500 Index - CME But I dont want realtime, I wont delayed and in training mode (thats cheaper I think and for training is enought). I dont understand for what I paid the 26 if I doesnt have nothing more with this. Possible ot cancel this order to order the right thing ? Sorry if im lost, im new with thoses types of softwares. |

It looks like you are running Sierra Chart on a MAC, which is why the trial did not work. The Sierra Chart trial does not work properly on a MAC. Therefore, the $26.00 you paid is appropriate to have Package 3 for one month. With this, you will have access to the delayed streaming data for the CME Group and EUREX. Hey! Ok it worked I got the delayed feed, but it stucked at 2 december 21:59:59 and it dont moove at all since I activate it. When I disConnect and reconnect still stuck here, any idea how to make it work ? The cartbook and history show me values but wont moove..

Make sure you are scrolled all the way to the right, so you are at the most recent bar. You will know when this is the case when the highlighted number in the bottom right corner of the chart is highlighted in Green instead of Red (by default). Let us know if this is all it is about, or if you still are not getting the delayed data.
