It looks like you are running Sierra Chart on a MAC, which is why the trial did not work. The Sierra Chart trial does not work properly on a MAC. Therefore, the $26.00 you paid is appropriate to have Package 3 for one month. With this, you will have access to the delayed streaming data for the CME Group and EUREX.
