Good day,

I am using version 2328 64 bit. When I move my limit order in SIM my scales and stops do not move as they should. Then I switch to live and I move my limit order, and it moves my scales and stops as it should.

Sorry, but we are not able to understand exactly what you are seeing from your images. Can you please give us some more information on exactly what is occurring when you are in Sim mode that is not happening when in live.

In the DOM1 pic is SIM when I move the limit order, the remainders and stops should move as one group, but they don't. If you look in DOM2 pic, you see that only the limit order moved. Dom3 and DOM4 pic shows that I was able to move the limit order and everything moved as one group

The one thing to keep in mind is that the items do not move as a group on the screen, but rather update after you move the parent order and then accept the new position.

Also, make sure you do not have any studies controlling the Targets and/or Stops, such as the Trade Management by Study study.

If the above does not explain the issue, then we need to know how you are moving the parent order. Are you using the pointer, or a keyboard shortcut or something else.

Right I move the parent order and approve the movement but the parent moves only.

We have identified the reason for the problem. It affects the Sierra Chart direct CME order routing service for simulated orders only. We will have this resolved with a new release coming out tomorrow.

The problem is that with this service, the adjustment of the child orders is done on the server. There is not consideration of that when in simulation mode. In simulation mode this needs to be done on the client side.
