The one thing to keep in mind is that the items do not move as a group on the screen, but rather update after you move the parent order and then accept the new position. Also, make sure you do not have any studies controlling the Targets and/or Stops, such as the Trade Management by Study study. If the above does not explain the issue, then we need to know how you are moving the parent order. Are you using the pointer, or a keyboard shortcut or something else.
