No data feed on personnal studies

Hello.

On my personnal studies I don't have the data feed (it works otherwise).

I have no data beyond 2021, february 26.

Is there a way to fix this?

Those are Rithmic symbols. Are you wanting to use Rithmic? Or do you want to use the delayed streaming EUREX data directly from Sierra Chart?

For now, you will need to translate the symbols to the current service:

OK thank you I translated and it works...but with a 15 min delay. I need the real time data. Where is the problem, knowing that I have the real time data on others charts?

Our servers show that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. As such, you are only setup to get real-time data for CFD and Forex data. The CME and EUREX data would be streaming, but delayed by 10 to 15 minutes depending on the particular exchange. These are our standard offerings without any additional fees.

So if you have charts that are real-time that are not CFD or Forex, then we do not know how that is possible.

If you want real-time data, then we need to know the exchanges for which you want real-time data.

This is necessary so we can ensure to give you the correct information and instructions as the CME Group, in particular, has special rules to be able to pay the non-professional exchange fees - for further information on this topic, refer the following:

Hello.

No, I don't have a account with Rithmic. I have updated my current service package to 11, but I still have a 15 min delay for some studies.

I need real time data for futures on DAX40, SP 500 and DJ30.

Do I have the good package for this?
