Our servers show that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. As such, you are only setup to get real-time data for CFD and Forex data. The CME and EUREX data would be streaming, but delayed by 10 to 15 minutes depending on the particular exchange. These are our standard offerings without any additional fees. So if you have charts that are real-time that are not CFD or Forex, then we do not know how that is possible. If you want real-time data, then we need to know the exchanges for which you want real-time data.
