Hello support,
I have detected a delay in the STOCKS data. (futures work properly)
The problem appears in the first 20/30 minutes of trading after the opening (9.30 AM NY Time).

I noticed that all bars on all tickers have a delay ranging from 5 seconds to 10 seconds; in other words, instead of in real time, the 1 min bar open when several seconds have already passed
I hope you can do something.

A new one minute bar is not going to necessarily start immediately at the start of the minute. A delay is not unusual.

We are going to be offering a new data feed from NASDAQ, as soon as possible, hopefully in December 2021 to replace the existing US equities data feed from Barchart.com. So if there is an actual delay problem near the open, with the existing data feed we get from Barchart, it is not something we are going to be investing any further time in.

OK thanks for the answer, I will try in the next few days to compare the data with that of other traders who use other platforms and other data feeds.
I will send you further feedback if it helps.
