A new one minute bar is not going to necessarily start immediately at the start of the minute. A delay is not unusual. Refer to this help topic: Prices / Data Falling Behind We are going to be offering a new data feed from NASDAQ, as soon as possible, hopefully in December 2021 to replace the existing US equities data feed from Barchart.com. So if there is an actual delay problem near the open, with the existing data feed we get from Barchart, it is not something we are going to be investing any further time in.
