Can you get us a copy of your chart. We really do not understand why you are seeing the lines like you are. Follow these instructions to get us a chartbook with the chart:

Also, what Rithmic server are you connected to? This is in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

Here is what we see when we open your chart with the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1636392795507.png

So it is not a chart issue.

We notice that you are using the old Rithmic connection. We really recommend using the new one, although you will not have access to historical data. Still, we can not be certain that the issue you are having is not related to using the old interface. To use the new connection, first update your Sierra Chart to the latest version by following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the connection:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Additionally, the problem you are having could be related to the Paper Trading server you are connected to. You would need to check with Rithmic if the Paper server sends out the full Bid/Ask data.

Hi John,

okay, updated to the current release.. added the Rithmic credentials for all 3 sections. Now, no data shows on any of the charts... Also,,, chart seems stuck trying to download historical all the way back to May 2021.

My DOM is showing market depth and current trades !!!

I get it,, Sierra doesn't want to support Rithmic.

I've been a customer for years. Feel bad,, but have to look elsewhere for an order-flow chart..

Rithmic is one of the few Data feeds that are used in any combine/challenge...

Any thoughts..

Thanks for helping!

Unfortunately, the only option is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The tricky part to this is that you are wanting data for the CME Group and the CME Group has specific rules about being able to get data at the non-professional rate. Specifically, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that we can verify - we do this by having you connect to that account at least once a month. Refer to the information at the following link:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

And then where things get really difficult is that the prop firms do not count towards a live account.

So, if you have a separate account somewhere, then you can use that to verify your status and get the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the non-professional rates. Otherwise, we recommend the following solution as a way to create an account for a minimal outlay ($100-$200):

Yes we know. The issue has to do with CME market data rules.

There should be a solution though. Based upon some information we have from Rithmic, we want you to set these two settings to 5:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload (Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download >> Non-Tick Data / 1-Tick Data )

And then reconnect to the data feed:

Sorry that we did not notice that you are on Package 10. Although it is odd that you got any Numbers Bars style information on the chart.

In order to use the Numbers Bars, you would need to be on Package 11.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
