Here is what we see when we open your chart with the Denali Exchange Data Feed: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1636392795507.png So it is not a chart issue. We notice that you are using the old Rithmic connection. We really recommend using the new one, although you will not have access to historical data. Still, we can not be certain that the issue you are having is not related to using the old interface. To use the new connection, first update your Sierra Chart to the latest version by following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the connection: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Additionally, the problem you are having could be related to the Paper Trading server you are connected to. You would need to check with Rithmic if the Paper server sends out the full Bid/Ask data.
