Times and sales not showing when global symbol setting applied

I am using number bars study and Whenever I add a symbol to global setting-> symbol settings to modify the volume at price the historic times and sales does not show up. Looking at your images, the Bollinger Bands %B for TWLO looks like a settings issue of some sort, or perhaps just a scaling issue. But this does not have anything to do with Time and Sales. What did you change in the Symbol Settings? And do you have an image of the same chart without the changes to the Symbol Settings? You can always just deselect the option for Use Custom Symbol Settings Values to test. yes above are the changes and not the changes I have confirmed this is not an issue with bollinger band. From your Symbol Settings images, it looks like you modified the following items for that symbol: - Supports Market Depth - Real-time Data Client There really is no reason to change these, and you definitely should not be changing the "Real-time Data Client". We really do not understand why any changes to the symbol settings is causing this, but since it appears to be, then remove those custom settings one-by-one to determine which one, in particular, is the problem.
