Yesterday the live feed for trading evaluator stopped. If I disconnect then reconnect the chart updates to current time but data does not continue to stream and I get this message: Symbol is unknown...Click for symbol info...Market data requests not allowed. This happened organically. I did change anything. The data just stopped.

You had deactivated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange of the Denali Exchange Data Feed on October 19, 2021. As such, you continued to get the data as long as you were on Package 11 through the end of the month. But, when the new month started on Monday, you no longer would receive the data since the exchange did not renew.

In order to use the Trading Evaluator, you need to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can select the exchange(s) you want to activate at this link:
